REFUND POLICY

Vasa Avenue

  1. General Policy

The registration amount paid towards plots in Vasa Avenue shall be governed by the terms and conditions mentioned in the Booking Application Form, Allotment Letter, Agreement for Sale, and applicable provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA).

 

  1. Registration Amount

A registration amount paid for reserving a plot is generally considered a commitment towards purchase of the selected property.

 

  1. Cancellation by Applicant

If an applicant wishes to cancel a booking:

  • A written cancellation request must be submitted by the applicant.
  • Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed after deduction of administrative, documentation, processing, and other applicable charges.
  • Any taxes, statutory dues, bank charges, payment gateway charges, and government levies already paid or incurred may also be deducted.

 

 

  1. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds shall generally be processed within 30 to 90 working days from the date of acceptance of the cancellation request, subject to verification and completion of all formalities.

 

  1. Non-Refundable Charges

The following may be non-refundable:

  • Booking processing fees.
  • Documentation charges.
  • Payment gateway charges.
  • Government fees, duties, taxes, and statutory charges already deposited.
  • Any other charges specifically stated in the booking documents.

 

 

  1. Cancellation by the Company

In the event the Company is unable to allot the selected plot due to reasons attributable solely to the Company, the amount received from the applicant shall be refunded in accordance with applicable laws and contractual obligations.

 

  1. Mode of Refund

Refunds shall be made only to the original applicant and through banking channels to the account from which payment was received or as otherwise permitted by law.

 

  1. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, regulatory restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

 

  1. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the project location.
